The only way I have found to do this is to create your javascript in php and append it to the DOM after you have swapped out your elements

Hi;

I followed the above steps on an updated CentOS-5.5 (32-bit) ...
Every thing went on perfectly except the last step!
When configuring Mapnik for installation (i.e. # python26 scons/scons.py configure) it says:
"Boost version 1.34 or greater is requred"
Why it can't find the boost I have installed lately?! Am I missing something?!
You can be sure that I followed every step above.

Looking forward to your reply ...

Thanks in advance

Dude - AWESOME job. That's a great idea and design. I'm in the middle of revamping my X-Men cab set up with a different PC since my old one bit the dust. I'm using XP though since I have an ArcadeVGA card and going through a PC2Jamma connector - just made things easier. I'm using Mala for the front-end and getting all the different emulator layouts figured out. I'll post some pics on my site when I have it ready to roll.

Fantastic treats in here. Loved the time lapse stuff. The wedding made me laugh, and I fell in love with Sweet Street Symphony!
The pics of abandonment in NOLA said oceans of things to me. They had a feel of loss, but also of a thriving spirit to return.
Very cool.

Cool code!

You might want to look into the StyleWriter module, combined with TileLite (at http://github.com/tmcw/stylewriter and http://github.com/tmcw/TileLiteLive ). These two modules go for the viewpoint that each map can define its own sources via tile URLs - so that your map is at /mapfileurl/0/0/0.png, and the tile server transparently handles the rest of it. It's not specialized to a workflow of uploading shapefiles and having that work, but it'd be a small change to do so, and would allow you to do what you're doing now, but with much less custom code.
